Our Showcase

  • Recently we finished a brand new custom home in Lakeway, TX on Rocket street. The painted brick, hardie siding, and shingle roofed home is 2500 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and includes a custom swimming pool and outdoor kitchen area. Inside we have a tile “wood” floor, oversized 8 foot doorways, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry with black countertops. The white painted shiplap pine siding in the bathrooms and the large farm sink in the kitchen give this single story home in the heart of Texas a ranch feel. The entire home has a classic “black and white” color scheme but its large, custom barn doors and cedar trusses in the living area and master bedroom keep it feeling comfortable and warm.

  • Just finished this awesome 5,000 square foot workshop in Creedmoor. Standing 25′ tall, this open floor, arched, metal building will be a place for the owner to build and repair racecars.

  • Check out the before and after pictures on this one! We removed the pony wall between the kitchen and living room and demo’ed out the entire kitchen. We then put in all new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, glass, plumbing fixtures, lights, and a vent hood. In the living room we put in stone around the fireplace and a new mantle. The master bedroom received a barn door (with full length mirror) upgrade and the office got a large arched doorway to open up some space. Combine that with new tile floors, paint, and trim throughout the house and you have a major home upgrade for a fraction of the increased value of the home!

  • Just finished constructing a beautiful two story, partially screened in back deck in the Hudson Bend area. Now they can sit outside and enjoy their view of Lake Travis without fear of getting carried off by mosquitoes!

  • When this California couple moved to Austin and bought an older home, they knew immediately that they wanted to remodel it. The home had good bones, but it was extremely compartmentalized. The entryway was a separate divided room from the living room which was separate from the family room and dining room. The kitchen was also walled off from the living room. It was a typical 70’s style house that needed a dose of 2016. The master bathroom was also oddly small and needed a complete makeover. Here are the before and after side by side comparison pictures:

The wall dividing the living and family rooms was shrunken down significantly and the wall between the entry and living room torn down. To carry the load of the roof, we put a large beam in the attic.

The kitchen was totally gutted and redone, with the addition of a massive island with quartz countertop.

The Master bedroom had two massive closets and one small bathroom. We expanded the bathroom into one closet and put in a large shower. Check out the custom barn door with mirror!

The outside of the house received a facelift as well with all new cedar posts, windows, and a brand new roof from Pedernales Roofing.

  • Brad and Kristi came to us with a problem: they wanted to bathe their children in the master bathroom, but didn’t want to put in a bathtub. The solution? A shower with high curbs that could be filled with water when needed. The curb is low enough and small enough that they can sit on the floor and easily reach and wash the kids. Not a bad idea! We also replaced the vanity backsplash, put up a wood border around the mirror, and put in new countertops and a sink. The result? A better bathroom.

  • The owner of a condo in Lakeway, TX had a break between tenants and wanted to use the opportunity to demo an outdated kitchen and build a brand new kitchen that lives up to today’s standards. A large wall separated the kitchen from the living room which we removed to open the space up. After removing EVERYTHING, we added back all new cabinets, countertops, tile, appliances, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, paint, and flooring. We are really happy with the way it turned out!

  • Luke purchased this house in Rollingwood, Austin recently but needed us to redo the kitchen before he moved in. The kitchen space was walled off from the rest of the house so we blew out the wall and opened it up to the dining room. We then added a large island with a bar and built in wine fridge. New tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware and a paint job completed the kitchen. We also spruced up the rest of the house by retexturing the walls and ceiling, painting, removing old wainscoats in the entry, and putting in a bar area with new countertop and glass shelves. This older house is now an awesome new bachelor pad!

  • Another bathroom completely gutted and redone. This one hadn’t been updated since the house was built so it needed a lot of work. Highlights include a new frameless glass shower and stand alone tub. This is a gorgeous example of what we can do for your home.

  • The owners of this nice house in South Austin were ready for a facelift for their older home. They didn’t like the brick arch, so we replaced it with 6×6 cedar posts. To change the look of the house without doing any real structural work, we replaced the small shingle roof over the garage and arch with a brown metal roof and repainted the entire exterior. Looks great now! Design by Next Level Austin.
